I met the world of facilitation.

Last month I attended the facilitation workshop presented by Pepe Nummi, which was very impressive for me. I have worked in automotive company for many years. During my career I have learned many business tools like PDCA, Product Portfolio etc. I have tried to use these tools for daily business work. some tools are efficient to solve business issue, but some others do not work well. especially when I face actioning phase of my idea, I realize the difficulty to share the idea for all member. usually big boss decide the direction, but some subordinates can not understand or they have different ideas in each other, therefore their motivation is not same as big boss. I thought this kind of phenomenon is common in the organization. Pepe’s workshop broke my common sense. His focus is on connecting people and making everyone happy. I realized that a good facilitator can create agreement among people and make them happy. I was really convinced of the power of facilitation. I decided to get involved in this wonderful world of facilitation.
