If something has changed, other things will reflect that change, and others will create appropriate countermeasures to balance it. We can see these phenomena everywhere, so everything depends on balance. We can see the same thing in the decision-making process. If the big boss thinks only by himself and sets the goal only by his preference, few people will support his dream. He lacks the balance in nature. If he really wants to achieve his dream, the people around him must be motivated. Sharing the dream among people is important, and group consensus is mandatory. Group discussion is the key. Facilitation is the key to activate group discussion. People will be motivated only when they are involved in the decision making process. The facilitator’s role is to keep the balance to move in the right direction. Sometimes it looks like magic, but it is the theory based on experience and academic logic.
