“Born in small, grow into big.” I like this word. When I started to work, I learned this word in the company. As you can imagine, we can use this word in any situation. In other words, start from small investment from financial point of view, or try on the prototype from development point of view, or proceed quick PDCA from good life establishment point of view. Sometimes we need too much energy to get big step. At the same time, it needs so much concentration, and sometimes too much concentration lacks flexibility, then lost own personal character. I want to be a useful facilitator who helps people to be happy to solve unclear issues. So it is important for me to take only small steps and to be balanced to make a good decision.
